巷道矩阵式双面立体车库车辆存取装置控制的研究

         

摘要

设计了一种新型大容量立体车库车辆存取装置,该装置采用液压浮动对接惰轮机构建立起车辆存取装置与各个停车位无源履带之间的传动关系,采用液压定位锁紧机构提高了对接精度和存取车辆时的系统刚度,研究了该装置的结构特点与工作原理,制定了相应的控制方案,研究结果表明:这种存取装置特别适合于大型立体车库车辆的双向快速存取,能够使立体车库更为紧凑.%A kind of new large capacity three-dimensional garage vehicle access device is designed,this device adopts hydraulic float docking idle pulley mechanism to establish the transmission relations between access device and various parking space vehicle crawler, and adopts hydraulic positioning locking mechanisms to improve the docking precision and access vehicle system stiffness, has studied the structural characteristics and working principle of the device, and made the corresponding control scheme,the results of the study indicate that this kind of access device is particularly suitable for the two-way access quickly of the largescale three-dimensional garage vehicles, and can make the three-dimensional garage more compact.
