基于体压分布的座椅舒适性建模及仿真

         

摘要

针对目前座椅舒适性客观评价方法的不足,选择某款商用车座椅,利用H点测量装置作为假人,以座椅设计角度为参考,建立体压仿真模型.参考理想体压分布规律,通过仿真结果对座椅舒适性进行初步评价,并从压力最大值、压力平均值、接触面积以及不同区域占重比4个客观评价指标进行实验验证.对于该座椅的主要接触区域,实验、仿真体压分布与理想体压分布规律接近,另外对于肩部、腰部及大腿区域的体压分布评价指标,实验数值与仿真结果接近,表明所建立的模型可准确反映HPM-座椅界面关键部位的体压分布特性.该建模方法可以为企业确定座椅舒适性客观评价指标的范围,对座椅的设计开发提供指导.%Aiming at the shortcomings of objective evaluation method of seat comfort,chooses a commercial vehicle seat,in order to build the simulation model,the H-point measuring device is used as the dummy,and the seat design angle is acted as the refer-ence.Based on the ideal distribution of body pressure,the seat comfort is evaluated by the simulation results,and the experimental results are validated by four objective evaluation indexes:maximum pressure,average pressure,contact area and weight ratio.The results show that the body pressure distribution is close to the ideal body pressure distribution for the main contact area of the seat,and the value of the body pressure distribution of shoulder,waist and thigh is close to the experiment and simulation.The simulation model can accurately reflect the HPM-seat interface key parts of the distribution characteristics of body pressure.The modeling method can establish a standard range of objective evaluation indexes for seat comfort,and provide guidance for the de-sign and development of seat.
