参草扶正抗癌冲剂对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者免疫功能的影响

摘要

目的 评价参草扶正抗癌冲剂对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 50例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组25例,2组均行化疗,初治患者采用紫杉醇+顺铂,复治患者采用单药多西紫杉醇治疗,21d为1个周期,共化疗2个周期.实验组化疗同时辨证服用参草扶正抗癌冲剂.比较2组患化疗前后细胞免疫功能变化.结果 对照组治疗后细胞免疫指标显著降低(P均<0.05);实验组治疗后细胞免疫指标较治疗前无明显变化(P均>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组化疗后免疫功能明显改善(P<0.05).结论 化疗联合参草扶正抗癌冲剂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌,能使细胞免疫功能增强.%Objective It is to evaluate the influence of Shencao Fuzheng Kangai granules ( SFKG ) on cellular immunity of chemotherapeutic patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ). Methods Fifty patients with advanced NSCLC were randomly divided into treatment group with 25 cases for chemotherapy plus SFKG and control group with 25 cases for chemotherapy only. The chemotherapy regimen of previously untreated patients was paclitaxel and cisplatin, and the others used docetaxel. The chemotherapy was repeated every 21 days, and both of the groups accepted 2 courses of treatment. The changes of cellular immunity were observed before and after chemotherapy. Results The index of cellular immunity after treatment was markedly less than that before treatment in control group ( P < 0. 05 ), while the index of cellular immunity after treatment has no significant difference than that before treatment in treatment group ( P > 0. 05 ). The immune function was markedly improved in treatment group than that in control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion SFKG plus chemotherapy in treating advanced NSCLC can improve the immunity function of the patients.
