目的 探讨阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的疗效和对血脂、血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响.方法 将150例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例.对照组予以阿司匹林等常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以阿托伐他汀治疗.观察2组的疗效,检测治疗前后血脂.结果 观察组总有效率(87%)明显高于对照组(71%).治疗后,观察组的总胆固醇、三酰甘油和低密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前和对照组明显下降,而高密度脂蛋白水平较治疗前和对照组明显升高.2组治疗后hs-CRP和NES水平均较治疗前明显降低,而观察组较对照组降低更为明显.结论 阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死有疗效好,可改善血脂紊乱,降低NES和hs-CRP水平,促进患者康复.%Objective It is to investigate the curative effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin on acute cerebral infarction and its effect on blood lipids, neuron-specific enolase ( NSE ) and high-sensitive C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP ). Methods 150 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 150 cases. The control group was treated with aspirin and other normal treatment. Observation group were treated with atorvastatin on the basis of control group. The efficacy, and serum lipids, NSE, and hs - CRP before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate was 87% in observation group, which was obviously higher than that in control group (71% ). After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein were significantly lower than those before treatment and in control group, while, the levels of high density lipoprotein in observation group increased significantly than those before treatment and in control group. After treatment, the levels of hs - CRP and NES were lower in the two groups than those before treatment, while the levels in observation group decreased more significantly than those in control group. Conclusion The treatment of atorvastatin combined with aspirin for acute cerebral infarction is obvious, which can improve dyslipidemia and reduce the levels of NES and hs - CRP, and promote the recovery of patients.
