我国医院人才队伍建设的现状、问题与对策

         

摘要

进入21世纪,我国医疗人才总量快速增加,队伍年轻化,学历层次趋高,八成医务人员有明确的职业发展规划。当前我国医疗人才队伍建设中的突出问题有:城乡分布不平衡,儿科医生、精神科医生和全科医生短缺现象突出,后备人才队伍建设不佳。笔者建议:从战略全局层面统筹兼顾,着重解决医务人员结构性失衡问题,加大临床科室建设,吸引并留住所需人才,用制度保证人尽其才,做好人才梯队建设。%The beginning of the 21st century witnesses the rapid growth in the total number of medical talents,re-juvenation of medical team,and background of higher and higher education.80%of medical staff have clear career devel-opment plan.The current prominent problems in medical talent contingent constur ction are uneven distribution of medical staff in rural and urban areas,highlighted shortages of pediatricians,psychiatrists and general practitioners,and poor con-struction of backup talent team.Therefore,from the global strategic aspect of making overall plans and taking all factors in-to consideration,the authors suggest that structural disequilibrium of medical employees should be emphatically solved,and construction of clinicald epartments be emphasized to ta tract and retain talne ts in need whose full display of talents are en-sured with system so that the echelon construction of talents will be well done.
