北京小汤山医院人才队伍建设的现状、问题与对策分析

         

摘要

随着我国经济多元化的不断发展,医院人才队伍的建设发挥着愈来愈重要的作用,人才已经成为了医院的第一资源,与医院的战略发展息息相关。因此,越来越多的医院对人才队伍的建设展现出了更高的重视程度。该文主要阐述了该院人才队伍建设的现状以及人才队伍建设中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了有效的应对措施,旨在提高该院人才队伍建设整体水平,从而促进医院的健康持续发展。%With the continuous development of China's economic diversification, the construction of hospital personnel plays is getting more and more important role. Talents have become the first resources in the hospital, and hospital strategy is closely related to the development. Therefore, more and more hospitals of talent team construction show higher degree of attention. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the present situation of talent team construction and team building talents, and in the light of these problems, put forward effective measures, to improve the overall level of talent team construction in our hospital, so as to promote the hospital's sustained and healthy development.
