工科大学生职业性向测试的实证分析

         

摘要

人职匹配理论认为,职业选择乃人格表达。当人格类型与职业类型相符时,人们的职业表现达到理想水平。当前我国大学生毕业即改行的现象屡见不鲜,即便是在应用性、技术性较强,就业机会较为充裕的工科专业毕业生中也是大量存在,浪费了大量的高等教育资源。本文以大学生的职业兴趣与职业要求是否匹配为切入点,对上海第二工业大学工科类8个专业的675名大学生的职业兴趣问题进行实证研究,力图把握当前高校学生的职业人格培养现状,为高校改进招生和就业指导工作提供参考依据。%The theory of person-vocation? fit insists that the choice of vocation is an expression of personali-ty. That is to say people perform best when the work environment matched their preferences. However, we find that nowadays quite a few undergraduates choose to abandon their majors as soon as they graduate, even though those majors are practical and will bring them plenty of job opportunities. In order to find out the career interest of undergraduates who major in those hands-on fields, we conducted a research based on Holland ca-reer codes test in colleges of science and engineering. The sample size from Shanghai Second Polytechnic Uni-versity was 675 undergraduates from eight majors such as electronics, computer, mechanism, etc. We did da-ta analysis, and classified undergraduates into different categories to compare their career interest hoping to grasp the current status of college students' professional personality training, so as to provide reference for the improvement of college enrollment and employment.
