论哈佛大学学习与教学倡议项目及对我国大学的启示

         

摘要

Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching ( HILT) was designed to promote the applying of infor-mation technology and science of learning in teaching through integrating the learning and teaching resources, building the community and network which could promote innovation of teaching and learning, supporting in-novative practical projects and theoretical researches. The reform tradition of Harvard, the challenges of infor-mation technology on teaching and learning and the development of learning and cognitive science were the times context which made the birth of HILT. Chinese universities should learn from the practice of HILT, at-tach importance to the innovation of learning and teaching, effectively integrate related resources by means of establishing community of learning and practicing, support innovation projects and theoretical research pro-jects, and examine the results of innovation based on objective evidences and real data and promote its appli-cations.%哈佛大学学习与教学倡议( HILT)通过整合校内学习与教学资源,构建了可推动“教与学”创新的协同网络,不仅支持创新实践项目及相关理论研究,而且还促进了信息技术和学习科学在教学中的应用。哈佛大学变革的传统、信息技术对“教与学”的挑战、学习与认知科学的发展是催生HILT的时代背景。我国大学应借鉴HILT的做法,重视学习与教学的创新,建立学习与实践共同体以促进相关资源的有效整合,支持与“教与学”相关的创新实践项目和理论研究项目,基于数据和客观证据检验创新结果并在更大范围内推广应用。
