国外一流工科高校实践教学体系的特征分析及启示

             

摘要

Practical teaching is not only the key to generate technological college students' practical ability and innovation ability, but also the weak links of higher technological education in China. Compared with Chinese technological colleges, the practical teaching system of the top-ranking technological colleges abroad shows the following features:the goal of practical teaching system being clear and distinct, facing the social reality, standing out ability-based characteristics and stressing the cultivation of soft skills;the contents being diver-sified, integrated, modularized and practice-oriented; the organization and management being rigorous and orderly, and the guarantee being potent. Some implications can be summarized to the teaching reform and de-velopment of higher technological education in China as follows:the goal of practical teaching should be opti-mized from the top design;the key links should be held and the contents enriched;the management should be strengthened through the perfect system construction; the practical teaching environment should be created through the collaborative cooperation.%实践教学是工科生实践能力和创新能力生成的关键所在,也是当前我国高等工科教育的薄弱环节。国外一流工科高校实践教学体系的特征有:实践教学目标明确,层次分明,面向社会实际,突出能力本位,注重“软”技能培养;实践教学内容多元化、综合化、模块化,强调实践指向;实践教学的组织与管理严密有序,保障有力。对我国高等工科教育教学改革的启示包括:注重顶层设计,优化实践教学目标;关注重点环节,丰富实践教学内容;完善制度建设,强化实践教学管理;协同合作,创设良好的实践教学环境。
