In recent years,the projects on the cooperation between university and primary or secondary school to improve school has gradually arisen and obtained great influence in China.Since 2009,by jointly improving ten schools in Anshan,School of Educationm Science of Northeast Normal University and Anshan Tiedong Education Bureau has formed a pattern of Cooperation among university,local education authority and primary or secondary schools.In the cooperation,each of the three party acting as a different role.In order to maintain the roles’relevancy, each of the party should be pay attertion to the issues of intervention ways,cleared and definited the principal position of culture,take trust,respect,friendship as the basis of cooperation.% 近年来,我国大学与中小学展开院校合作,共同改进学校的项目逐渐兴起,并获得了较大影响.2009年,东北师范大学教科院与鞍山市铁东区教育局合作共同改进10所学校,形成了大学、地方教育主管部门、学校三方合作的格局.在合作中,三方各自履行了不同的角色行为,形成了不同的角色形态,为了维护角色的适切性,合作各方应关注介入方式的问题,明确学校的文化主位性,把信任、尊重、情谊作为合作的基础
