摘要

从清末民初时期、民国中后期和新中国成立后政府相关文件对幼儿教师专业伦理规范的论述,可以发现我国幼儿教师专业伦理规范的内容在不断丰富和发展。幼儿教师专业伦理规范在指引幼儿教师解决实践中的伦理问题、维护幼儿教师团体凝聚力、推进幼儿教师专业化进程、保护弱小幼儿不受伤害及形成幼儿良好伦理品质五方面具有现实价值。%From the late Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China in the late and after the founding of new China,the relevant government documents discussion of the kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics,can be found in China professional ethics of kindergarten teachers in constantly enriched and developed.Kindergarten teachers' professional ethics in the guide kindergarten teachers to solve ethical issues in the practice, maintenance of the kindergarten teachers group cohesion,promote kindergarten teachers specialized process, protect the weak and young children from harm and form young children good ethical quality five aspects has its practical value.
