大数据时代我国高考招生改革的设想

     

摘要

The 3rd Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed “canceling the division of humanities and sciences”. How to implement the policy and reduce the possible obstacles? An institutional buffer can be set to realize the integration and form a pattern of humanities ,sciences and mixed disciplines coexisting with each other. In paper making,papers for mixed disciplines can be made by combining halves of humanities and sciences papers together. As for the minimum passing score setting ,the potential value of general examination scores can be tapped in the big data time to measure the difference caused by humanities-sciences division and corresponding solutions can be made. Moreover,based on relevant data,preferential policies can be offered to the mixed-discipline students.%十八届三中全会提出高考“不分文理科”的改革,怎样实施才能更顺利?不妨先设立一个制度缓坡,即形成文科、理科、全科多元并存的格局。在试卷命题方面,把文科和理科各抽出半张卷子拼成全科试卷;在分数线划定方面,身处大数据时代可挖掘会考分数的潜在价值,测算出分科带来的差距并作相应处理,也可在此基础上给予全科考生一定的政策倾斜。
