高校毕业生就业服务需求分布特征与成因--基于就业预期的中介效应

         

摘要

高校毕业生就业服务体系的构建应与其就业服务需求紧密联系,并根据不同人群的就业服务需求提供差异化的就业服务内容。“2013届高校毕业生就业服务需求调查”数据的方差分析结果表明,人口统计学特征相对弱势人群和学业表现较为突出人群的就业服务需求更旺盛。未来高校毕业生就业服务体系的构建策略:一要进一步扩大高校毕业生就业服务的供给规模;二要加强就业服务重点人群的认定工作;三要重点针对个人特征劣势群体,开发旨在帮助其快速实现就业的服务内容;四要针对学业表现优秀的群体,开发旨在提升其招聘选拔环节表现的服务内容。%The construction of college graduates employment service system should be closely linked with its employment service demand,and according to the distribution of college graduates’ employment service demand to provide differentiated service. According to “The survey on employment service demand of college graduates in 2013”,the employment service demand is higher in graduates that are weak on demographic characteristics and in gradates that are extremely excellent on academic performance. The construction strategies of college graduates employment service system in the future are as follows:First,to further expand the scale of the supply of college graduates employment service;Second,to strengthen the certification of focus groups of employment service;Third,to help disadvantaged groups realize rapid employment;Forth,to improve the academic performance of outstanding group in the recruitment selection.
