PSOLUTION: This air age distribution property analysis system has an analytic space computing part 1 for analyzing/computing the flow field and temperature field of an analytic space with a turbulent flow model of average flow by modeling turbulent flow from a continuous expression of fluid, a Navier-Stokes equation which satisfies a mass conservation law and a momentum conservation law of fluid, and an energy conservation law based on the Fourier's law, and storing computed result data in a storage part; a blowoff contribution rate computing part for fixing the flow field and temperature field and determining a blowoff contribution rate showing a rate for every blowoff port of air inflow to the measuring point; a concentration field computing part 3 for computing the concentration field for every blowoff contribution rate by generating a tracer uniformly in the space in the room and solving a diffusion equation; and an air age computing part 4 for dividing the concentration field by the corresponding blowoff contribution rate to compute the air age of air flowing in from each blowoff port.
