建立基于内涵建设和可持续发展的高职教育质量体系是当前高职教育的一项工作重点，但是在现实中存在高教性和职教性的争论，存在对一些问题，如就业导向和向上升学的关系、社会评价和社会评价的关系、不同类型高职院校的差异性等难以厘清。因此，需要从总体上设置好高职教育的评价指标体系，坚持从高职教育实际出发、合理吸收借鉴本科教育经验、充分发挥行业企业在质量建设上的作用、推进高职办学标准化建设、完善以质量为导向的内部工作机制，进而保证高职教育质量体系建设的科学与有效。%One of the current focuses for higher vocational education is to establish a vocational education system basing on the quality of vocational education connotation construction and sustainable development. However,controversy of the higher education and vocational education is existing in reality,some issues are still hard to clarify:the relationship between employment-oriented and up studies ,the relationship between social evaluation and student assessment,differences between different types of vocational colleges. We need to set up vocational education evaluation system in general ,insisting on the reality of higher vocational education , borrowing undergraduate educational experience reasonably ,giving full play to the role of industry and enterprises in the quality construction,promoting standardization of vocational colleges and improving quality oriented internal working mechanisms,thus ensure the scientific and effective for the construction of the quality system in higher vocational education.
