大学教师教学失范的表征、归因与治理

     

摘要

大学教师的教学失范问题形形色色,包括教学态度方面的失范、教学内容和方式方面的失范、学生评价方面的失范等多方面。这种失范危害了学校,危害了学生,也危害了师生关系。导致大学教师教学失范的原因可以从教师个人和学校制度两个方面去分析。与之相应,治理大学教师教学失范的措施包括加强教学领导与质量管理工作,强化教师的责任意识和自我修养工作,加强教学和管理制度的建设和落实工作。%There are many kinds of teaching anomy in college , including that of teachers ’ attitude , the content and mode of teaching,evaluation of students and other aspects. The anomy is harmful for the school,the students and the relationship between teachers and students. The reasons of teaching anomy include that of individual teachers and the school system. The corresponding measures of governance include strengthening teaching leadership and quality management , strengthening teachers ’ sense of responsibility and self-cultivation,strengthening the construction and implementation of teaching and management system.
