高校本科专业特色化发展路径研究①--以S大学翻译专业建设为例

Specialty homogeneity is one of the biggest obstacles and the core problem to be resolved in the char-acteristic development in colleges and universities at undergraduate level. Such issues as the convergence of specialty structure,single academic oriented cultivation model and lack of autonomy restrain the characteristic development. This article systematically discusses the paths in the cultivation of characteristic development in colleges and univer-sities from three dimensions,namely,the structural paths,the technological paths and systematic paths through taking the translation specialty in S University as an example.%为顺应经济社会发展培养高素质、多层次、多样化的人才需要，高校本科专业特色化发展势在必行。目前，高校本科专业特色化发展存在专业结构设置趋同、培养模式单一学术化取向、办学自主权缺乏等问题。实现高校本科专业特色发展的路径是深化专业结构调整，形成应用型和学术型双元结构格局；凸显专业实践能力培养，构建独具特色的人才培养模式；扩大高校办专业自主权，推进管办评分离。
