大学治理的语言路径

摘要

Language has the ability of reproduction and creativity,a person’s language is the expression of the essence of the individual. In the university management,language system has shaped the ideological system of staff. Through the language,the whole mind and attitude of the staff were created. Language provides an effective resource, which requires the construction of four dimensional spaces:dialogue space,query space,understanding space and consensus space. Language strategy is that:beyond their own discourse expression,the use of a comprehensive language cognitive style,the improvement of the ability of cross-cultural communication and the construction of a safe language communication culture.%语言具有生殖力和创造力，一个人的言语实际上是个体本质的表达。在大学治理中语言体系塑造了教职工思想体系，通过语言中介，教职工的整个心智和态度被塑造成型。语言为大学治理提供了有效资源，它要求建构“四位一体”的治理空间：对话空间、质疑空间、理解空间和共识空间。大学治理的语言策略是：超越自己的话语表达方式、使用综合的语言认知风格、提高跨文化的语言交流能力和建构安全的语言沟通文化。
