Over the past ten years,foreign countries have been more concerned about the study of apprenticeship,but the focus has shifted from the traditional apprenticeship system to Apprenticeship-system, Extreme-apprenticeship,Vocational-education,Modern-apprenticeship. Researchers pay more attention to the construction modern apprenticeship system that emphasizes the cooperation of school and enterprise,the integration with information technology and improving the students’professional quality. Based on this,the future of the apprenticeship research will focus on the area of building a modern apprenticeship system based on the depth optimization of school enterprise cooperation,the integration of information technology with information technology as a means and combing multidisciplinary that adapt to the development of students’individuality.%近十年来，国外一直比较关注学徒制研究，但研究焦点从传统学徒制转向了学徒制体系（Apprenticeship-system）、极端学徒制（Extreme-apprenticeship）、职业教育（Vocational-education）和现代学徒制（Modern-apprenticeship），更加关注建构校企合作、融合信息技术、提高学生职业素养的现代学徒制。基于此，未来的学徒制研究将集中在构建以深度优化的校企合作为基础，以与信息技术融合为手段，结合多学科且适应学生个性化发展的现代学徒制体系方面。
