Infrastructure is the priority areas in the construction of the Chinese enterprises participating in the One Belt and One Road,and cultivating technical and skilled talents who are proficient in a variety of skills and familiar with language,political economy,laws and regulations and relegious custom is the first choice to serve Chinese enterprises to exploit the outer market. In the new era,high vocational education is the main field of cultivating high level technical skill talents for management,production and service,so it is necessary to adhere to the aim of cultivating talents with compound and international talents. Therefore,we should make reforms in order to cultivate international and versatile technical and skilled talents,such as adjustment of enrollment structure and establishment of "One Belt And One Road" orientation class; building a multi- disciplinary collaborative development of multi-disciplinary talents training community;setting "multi-skill +" interdisciplinary targeting courses and building a team of teachers with international vision.%基础设施是中国企业参与"一带一路"建设的优先领域,而培养既熟练多种技能又通晓沿线国家语言、政治经济、法律法规和宗教习俗的技术技能人才,是高等职业教育服务企业"走出去"的首要选择.在新时代,高等职业教育作为培养管理、生产、建设和服务一线的高层次技术技能人才的主要阵地,应以复合型和国际化的人才培养目标为抓手,调整招生结构,设置"一带一路"定向培养班级;建立多元主体协同发展的人才培养共同体;设置"多技能+"的跨学科靶向式课程;建立一支具有国际化视野的教师队伍,以提升高等职业教育服务"一带一路"行动的质量.
