MBA学位论文必要性的调查分析

摘要

自MBA教育1990年在我国初次试点以来，学术界对于MBA学位论文的类型及作用存在诸多看法。本文通过网上发布问卷的方式对广东省高校95名教师，以及168名MBA在校生和校友进行调查，得出如下结论：“案例研究”是当前我国MBA学位论文的主要形式，也是获得广泛认可的形式；“文件夹系统”并未得到过高支持，国外的MBA学位论文形式可能不适合我国MBA教育大环境；MBA学位论文的必要性是争议的焦点；MBA论文指导老师对学位论文作用持比较肯定的看法；MBA学位论文应用性欠缺是MBA专业学位教育面临的重大问题。%Since MBA education pilotedin our country for the first time in 1990, there are manyperceptions about types and functions on MBA dissertations. 95 professors and 168 MBA students and alumniat several universities of Guangdong Province were asked to fill in a self-compiled questionnaire on types and functions on MBA dissertations. Some conclusions were draw after data analysis and comparison: (1) "Case Study" is the main form of MBA dissertation and widely recognized. (2)"portfolio"did not get too high support, indicating foreign MBA dissertation forms may not fit to China environment. (3)Thenecessity of MBA dissertation is the focus of controversy. (4)"MBA thesis advisor"holds a positive view on function of MBA dissertation. (5) Lack of applicability is the major problem of MBA dissertations. The conclusions of the study have important implications for China MBA education.
