文章以近二十年来影响香港公民教育的重大政策文本为主线,将公民教育发展分为四个时期。在此基础上,探讨了不同时期公民教育政策产生的背景、核心内容、主要特点及社会影响,以期对我国公民教育的发展提供借鉴。%In this article, the major policy texts of affecting Hong Kong citizenship education were known as the main line. The citizenship education development is divided into four development periods. Then focusing on the background, core contents, main characteristics and the social effect of four periods, in order to provide reference for the development of citizenship education in our country.
