澳门特殊教育的发展特色及启示

摘要

澳门特殊教育经过不断的积累和发展，形成了自身的优势和特色：通过立法推进特殊教育的发展；大力倡导融合教育；特殊儿童的教育安置方式比较灵活；课程设置多样化、人性化；积极设置特殊教育专业团队。澳门特殊教育对大陆特殊教育的发展有一定的启示：应加强特殊教育立法；融合教育需进一步完善；应加大特殊教育经费投入；课程改革应推陈出新；应加强专业团队的培养。%The Macao special education has formed its own advantage and characteristics through contin-uous accumulation and development, it has promoted the development of special education through legislation;advocated inclusive education. The way to resettle special children’s education resettlement is more flexible and the curriculum is very diversificative and humanized. The government has actively set up an special education professional team. The Macau special education has the certain enlightenment to the development of special education in mainland: special education legislation should be strengthened; inclusive education should be further perfected; should increase investment in special education funds; curriculum reform should be fresh;should strengthen the cultivation of the professional team.
