非师范专业教师存在的价值分析

     

摘要

According to Marx’s practical rationality, the rationality can not only meet the needs of value subject but also comply with the principle of value object. The rationality of education value should achieve the unity of purpose and regularity, and realize the construction of social value and individual value. According to Marx’s practical rationality, the existence of non-normal professional teachers has the value for its long standing in the history of mankind achieve the consolidation of social needs and individual needs. The government should establish a special organization and rational allocation of personnel and other measures to realize the value for the non-normal professional teachers.%马克思实践合理性是合目的性与合规律性的统一。由此,合理性的价值选择应既能符合价值主体的需要又能符合价值客体的规律。教育价值的合理性应该达到合目的性与合规律性的统一,实现教育社会价值和个人价值的双重建构。非师范专业教师是人类历史上长期存在的教师群体。根据马克思实践合理性思想,其在人类历史上达到了社会发展需要与个人发展需要的统一,其存在具有一定价值。教育决策部门要通过建立专项组织与合理配置相关人员等措施实现人才资源优化配置,实现非师范专业教师的价值。
