非插入式结肠水疗法治疗脑卒中患者便秘的效果观察及护理

摘要

目的:探讨应用非插人式结肠水疗法治疗脑卒中患者便秘的效果,并总结护理要点.方法:对本科室收治的152例脑卒中便秘患者采用非插入式结肠水疗法通便治疗,并给予针对性护理.观察治疗效果.结果:首次通便有效147例.有效率为96.7%;经过25d治疗.治愈48例(31.6%),好转77例(50.6%),无效27例(17.8%),治疗总有效率为82.2%.结论:应用非插入式结肠水疗法能有效解除脑卒中患者便秘症状,治疗过程安全舒适,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To evaluate the effectiveneas of non-intrusive colon hydrotherapy in treating patients with constipation after stroke and to summarize the nursing points. Methods A total of 152 post-stroke patients with constipation were treated by non-intrusive colon hydrotherapy treatment, and a full range of psychological care was provided. The treatment effectiveness was observed. Results The first time laxative effective was 96.7％ (147/152). Forty-eight patients (31.6％) were cured 77 patients (50.6％) were improved, and there was no improvement in 27 patients ( 17.8％) after 25 days of hydrotherapy tre8tment, and the total effective rate was 82.2％. Condusion Non-intrusive colon hydrotherapy and corresponding nursing can effectively treat constipation after stroke and the treatment processes were aafe and comfortable, and deserve clinical application.
