三乙胺冷芯树脂砂使用质量问题对策

     

摘要

介绍了三乙胺冷芯工艺的特点,分析了原砂对冷芯树脂砂质量的影响以及温度对混碾效果的影响,指出:(1)三乙胺冷芯工艺对原砂粒度、粒形、含水量、含泥量、灼烧减量及需酸值等方面均有自己的特殊要求,它不仅决定了冷芯树脂砂的工艺性能,而且直接关系到铸件质量的优劣;(2)原砂温度和树脂温度对三乙胺冷芯树脂砂性能有很大的影响,三乙胺冷芯工艺理想温度应控制在15~25℃.研究了树脂对芯砂抗拉强度的影响,包括树脂加入量对芯砂强度的影响和树脂两组分配比对芯砂强度的影响,最后介绍了用三乙胺冷芯树脂砂制作EA113缸体水套芯、EA111缸体水套芯以及EA888缸体油道芯的经验.%The characteristics of triethylamine cold-core process were introduced.The influence of the original sand on the quality of the cold-resin sand and the effect of the temperature on the mixing effect were analyzed.It was pointed out that:(1)Triethylamine cold core process had their own special requirements on the original sand grain size,grain shape,humidity,silt,burning reduction and acid value.It not only determined the performance of cold-core resin sand,but also directly related to the quality of casting quality.The original sand temperature and resin temperature had a great influence on the performance of triethylamine cold resin sand.The ideal temperature of triethylamine cold core process should be controlled at 15~25 ℃.The effect of resin on the tensile strength of core sand was studied,including the effect of the amount of resin on the strength of core sand and the effect of the two groups on the strength of core sand.Finally,triethylamine cold resin sand was used in EA113 cylinder water jacket core,EA111 cylinder water jacket core and EA888 cylinder oil channel core.They achieved good results and experiences was got.
