A residue determination method for paclobutrazol residue in litchi with capillary gas chromatography was developed. The litchi puree was homogenized in a high-speed blender in acetonitrile, concentrated by an automatic tbickener, decolored by bond elut carbon or active carbon, seperated by HP-5 capillary column, and determined by gas chromatography with NPD. The recovery range was 85%-105% with coefficient of variation from 3.1% to 4.3%. The limits of the method was l.2 μg/kg. The method is simple, easy, quick and accurate and is suitable for the detection of paclobutrazol residue in litchi.%建立了荔枝果肉及全果中多效唑残留量的毛细管气相色谱检测方法.果肉及全果经粉碎、乙腈匀浆提取、氮吹浓缩、石墨化炭黑柱或活性炭脱色后,用HP-5柱进行分离,GC-NPD进行分析.结果表明,方法的平均回收率为85%~105%,变异系数为3.1%~4.3%,检出限为1.2μg/kg,方法简便、快速、准确,适合作为荔枝果肉及全果中多效唑残留量的检测方法.
