复合生物酶法提取酸枣仁中皂苷A与皂苷B的工艺研究

         

摘要

研究了复合酶法提取酸枣仁中皂苷A与皂苷B的最优工艺,以酸枣仁皂苷A与皂苷B的提取率为检测指标,采用正交试验设计,对酶解温度、酶解pH值、酶活力和酶解时间4个主要因素进行了优选。结果表明,在工艺条件温度为40℃、pH值为5.0、纤维素酶与果胶酶用量均为30 U/g、酶解时间为5 h时,酸枣仁皂苷A与皂苷B的提取率最高。%The optimal process of the extraction of jujuboside A and jujuboside B by composite enzyme method was studied,taking jujuboside A and jujuboside B extraction rate as index,using orthogonal experimental design method,the hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis pH value,enzyme activity and enzymatic hydrolysis time 4 main factors were selected.The results showed that,the extraction rate of jujuboside A and jujuboside B is highest under the conditions that temperature was 40℃,pH value was 5.0,cellulase and pectinase dosage both were 30 U/g,enzymolysis time was 5 h.
