地空导弹动力系统质量综合评价模型研究

         

摘要

阐述地空导弹动力系统质量综合评价的重要意义,针对地空导弹动力系统质量管理特点,依据评价理论和质量管理标准,建立地空导弹动力系统质量综合评价指标体系,确定指标值评价标准。采用AHP法和专家评估法相结合,确定各评价指标的权重;基于模糊理论,建立多级综合评判模型;最后,通过算例验证所建模型和计算方法的科学性与合理性,提出一种综合评价地空导弹动力系统综合质量的新方法。%In this paper,the significance of comprehensive evaluation of the quality on surface-to-air missile power system is described. According to the characteristics of quality management, the evaluation theory and quality management standards, the comprehensive evaluation index system for quality of Surface-to-air missile power system is established, and the core standards of the index value are also determined. The weight of each index was calculated with combined application of the AHP method and expert assessment method. The Multi-level comprehensive evaluation model has been established based on fuzzy theory. Finally, the rationality of the models and methods is verified through an example. A new method on the comprehensive evaluation of quality of surface-to-air missile power system is put forward.
