云南某地低品位二级铁精矿提铁降杂试验研究

         

摘要

In order to improve the iron concentrate quality to meet the market demand,a large amount of second-class low-grade iron concentrate grading about 35% has been produced at a mine in Yunnan province.The second-class concentrate not only caused a serious waste of resources,but also occupied a large area of land.The researchers found that the main reason for the lower grade of the second-class concentrate is that the minerals are not liberated.A test process of grinding the second-class concentrate to the finesses of 85% passing 0.045mm followed by low-intensity magnetic separation,high-intensity magnetic separation and centrifuging generated an iron concentrate grading 56.38% with iron recovery of 89.87%.The test results are favorable and achieve the desired objectives,increasing the economic efficiency significantly.%云南某地矿山为适应市场需求在提高精矿品位的同时,产出大量二级精矿,其品位在35%左右.该二级精矿不但造成资源的严重浪费,而且占据了大量企业用地.项目组研究发现目的矿物未解离是导致二级精矿品位较低的主要原因.通过将二级精矿细磨至-0.045 mm占85%后,采用弱磁选、一次强磁粗选、一次强磁扫选、离心机精选的联合流程,最终获得品位56.38%,回收率89.87%的综合精矿,试验指标良好,达到预期目标,实现提质增效目的.
