攀枝花密地选钛厂粗粒级钛铁矿浮选研究

摘要

According to the characteristics of ilmenite ore of Panzhihua vanadic titanomagnetite mine and the production experience accumulated from many years of practice in Midi Titanium Concentrator, the flotation of coarse ilmenite for bench test, commercial test and capacity-expansion project was studied. The recovery of ilmenite concentrate has more than doubled after the industrialization of the technique.%根据攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿中钛铁矿的矿石性质,结合攀枝花密地选钛厂多年来的生产经验,分别通过实验室试验、工业试验、扩能改造工程等进行了攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿粗粒级钛铁矿的浮选研究,实践证明产业化后粗粒级钛精矿回收率提高了一倍以上,取得了理想效果.
