The middlings from a cleaning stage were processed by leaching with sodium hypochlorite. Results showed that by adding sodium hypochlorite at an amount of 160%, with a thermostatic water bath at a temperature of 25℃, the leaching process with pH value at 10 after 1.5 h stirring, the leaching rate of Mo was up to 95.28% and Pb content in the leaching slag was 21.32%, indicating an efficient separation between Mo and Pb.%对某精选段中矿进行了次氯酸钠浸出工艺研究.结果表明,在NaClO用量160%、浸出pH值10、恒温水浴温度25℃、搅拌浸出1.5 h条件下,钼金属浸出率可达到95.28%,浸渣中铅含量为21.32%,钼、铅分离效果理想.
