南非钒钛磁铁矿流化床直接还原实验研究

摘要

In a lab test with a simulated industrial operation temperature and atmosphere, the vanadium-bearing titanomagnetite from South Africa was directly reduced in a fluidized bed, and the relationship between metallization degree of the reduced product and reduction time was investigated. It is found that reduction process at a temperature of 850 ℃ for 60 min,with φ(H2)/φ(CO)=3,the metallization degree of the obtained product can reach 90.24%,up to the requirement for the following melting section in an electric furnace.Based on that,the relationship between reduction degree and reduction time was also deduced through mathematical models. The reduction process was proven to be controlled by interface chemical reaction,and the apparent activation energy was 43.831 kJ/mol based on calculation.%模拟工业操作温度和气氛,在实验室条件下系统研究了南非钒钛磁铁矿流化床直接还原产物金属化率随还原时间的变化规律.当还原温度为850 ℃、φ(H2)/φ(CO)=3时,还原60 min后产物的金属化率可达90.24%,能够满足后续工段电炉熔分的要求.在此基础上,推导了还原度与时间的关系,证明了还原过程受界面化学反应控制,表观活化能为43.831 kJ/mol.
