浅议如何做好基层单位人事档案管理工作

         

摘要

人事档案是人才信息的重要载体,是人才的主要信息源,扮演着十分重要的角色。它可以证明一个人从学校到各个工作岗位不同时期的轨迹,是个人经历、学历、社会关系、思想品德、业务能力、工作状况以及奖励、惩罚等方面的原始记录。人事档案管理按照科学的方法整理、分类、保管,为组织人事工作提供服务。因此,应结合单位自身特点,培养档案管理专业人才,创新人事档案管理工作,以提供更加优质的服务。%dossier of information is an important carrier of talent;talent is the main source of information plays a very important role.
