高校教师模糊综合评价模型的设计与实现

摘要

The fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is introduced,and an evaluation model is presented for university teachers.Then elements,functional structure and workflow of the model are defined,the teacher evaluation factor set and epilogue set are constructed,and the mapping function from indicator data to judge set is presented.The fuzzy evaluation of Level 1 and Level 2 are studied,including their functions and algorithms.Finally the University Teacher Evaluation System is developed,and real data of come teachers are input into the system,and 2 levels of fuzzy evaluation results are gotten.The testing results show that the system can perform evaluation on a single factor oriented teaching or scientific research,and comprehensive factors.The evaluation results given by the system accord with the actual situations well.%引入模糊综合评判方法,提出并设计了高校教师业绩评价模型.定义了模型的要素、功能结构和工作流程,并分别研究了教师因素集和结语评判集的构建方法、指标数据到评判集的映射函数,以及面向单一因素集的一级模糊评价、面向所有因素集的二级综合模糊评价算法.开发实现了基于Web的教师评价软件系统.实际数据测试表明,系统能够实现高校教师在教学或科研等单一因素上的定向评价,以及跨类型教师的综合评价,与实际情况符合度高.
