伊朗某金矿石选矿试验

     

摘要

Thegrade of agold ore from Iran was 7.05g/t.Thegoldmineralsmainly existed in pyrite in the form of ex-posed and semi-exposedgold.The particle size of naturalgold ranged widely,with 81.15% of finegraingold particles (0.01~0.06mm) and 18.85% ofmicro-finegold particles.In order to determine beneficiation process of the ore,themineral pro-cessing experiments were carried out.The test results showed that:①the process of stagegrinding-stage separation can effec-tively reduce the loss of coarsegold particles in flotation process and avoid over-grinding ingrinding process,meanwhile it was beneficial to the dissociation of unevenly finegold-bearingminerals.②part of qualifiedgold concentrate can be recovered by u-sing jiggingmachine fromgrinding products with fineness of-200mesh accounted for 65%,which fully embodied the concepts of recover early and step separation.③thegoldgravity concentrate withgrade of 81.43g/t and a recovery of 45.52%,thegold flotation concentrate withgrade of 56.12g/t and a recovery of 44.99% were obtained separately,and the comprehensivegold concentrate withgrade of 66.52g/t and a recovery of 90.51% was achieved by the process of stagegrinding-jigginggravity-stage flotation.④cyanide leaching process was adopted to treat the tailings containing 0.74g/t ofgold,hence the leaching rate could reach 62.16% while thegoldgrade of final leaching residue was only 0.28g/t.%伊朗某金矿石金品位为7.05g/t,主要金矿物为裸露及半裸露金,主要载体矿物为黄铁矿,自然金的粒度变化范围很大,细粒明金(0.01~0.06mm)占81.15%,微粒金占18.85%.为了确定该矿石的高效选矿工艺,进行了选矿试验研究.结果表明:①阶段磨矿、阶段选别工艺可以有效减少粗颗粒金在浮选过程中的跑尾,避免金矿物在磨矿中出现过粉碎,同时有利于不均匀细粒载金矿物单体解离.②跳汰机对-200目占65%的磨矿产品进行重选,可预先产出部分合格金精矿,充分体现了能收早收、分级分选理念.③矿石采用阶段磨矿—跳汰重选—阶段浮选工艺流程处理,可获得金品位为81.43g/t、金回收率为45.52%的重选精矿,金品位为56.12g/t、金回收率为44.99%的浮选精矿,综合精矿金品位为66.52g/t,金回收率为90.51%.④金品位为0.74g/t的重浮流程试验尾矿采用氰化浸出工艺处理,金浸出率达62.16%,最终浸出渣的金品位仅为0.28g/t.
