热压成型工艺对黄麻/大豆分离蛋白复合材料降解性能的影响

         

摘要

The jute/soy protein isolate completely biodegradable composite material was prepared by hot press molding process, and the effects of the process parameters such as molding temperature, molding pressure and molding time on the loss rates of mass and tensile strength during degradation were studied by means of orthogonal experiment. The results showed that molding temperature had the most effect on degradation properties, whereas molding pressure and molding time had little effect. The fastest degradation rate arose in conditions of molding temperature 100 ℃, molding pressure 9 MPa and molding time 20 min, the mass loss rate and tensile strength loss rate were at 43.58% and 44.63% respectively.%采用热压成型工艺制备黄尉大豆分离蛋白完全可降解复合材料,利用正交试验以质量损失率和拉伸强度损失率为优化指标,研究热压成型工艺因素——成型温度、成型压强和成型时间对复合材料降解性能的影响。试验结果表明,黄彬大豆分离蛋白复合材料的成型温度对其降解性能影响最大,成型压强和成型时间影响较小;在成型温度100℃、成型压强9MPa、成型时间20min的条件下制备黄彬大豆分离蛋白复合材料,降解速度最快,质量损失率和拉伸强度损失率分别为43.58%和44.63%。
