免费师范生政策与部属师范大学自主发展间的矛盾及其化解

摘要

Although free normal students' policy attracts more high quality students and promotes the reputation for subordinate universities,it also produces certain contradictions with the independent development of subordinate universities,the contradictions mainly displays in three aspects include that training free normal students raises the cost of subordinate universities,influences the realization of independent development plan and has negative impact on subordinate universities' employment and reputation.We can settle the contradictions through urging the government to provide support for college timely,making clear and definite the responsibilities of subordinate universities serving the society and improving the salary of free normal students after employment.%免费师范生政策在为部属师范大学吸引更多优质生源、提高知名度的同时,也与部属师范大学自主发展产生了一定的矛盾,主要表现在培养免费师范生使部属师范大学的办学成本提高,对学校自主发展规划的实现和对就业率及声誉产生一定影响。为此,可以从督促政府及时为学校提供支持,明确部属师范大学服务社会的责任,以及提高免费师范生就业后的经济待遇这几个方面入手化解矛盾。
