我国普通公立高校学费标准新探——从供求关系的角度分析

摘要

学费就其性质而言是一种准价格机制,学费标准在确立时必然会受到市场供求关系的影响。反之,学费标准对市场供求关系也会产生一定的调控作用。通过分析得知,目前我国普通公办高等教育属典型的卖方市场,学费标准高于市场均衡价格。对此,政府应从加大自身投资、完善教育成本计量办法、制定差异化的学费标准等方面入手对学费标准予以调控。%The tuition by its nature is a kind of quasi price mechanism;the establishment of tuition standards will be influenced by the relation of market supply and demand.Conversely,the tuition standard will have a certain role to regulate and control the market supply-demand relationship.Through analyzing that at present our country general higher education belongs to typical sellers’ market,tuition standards higher than the market equilibrium price.To this,the government should regulate and control the tuition standards from aspects of increasing investment,improving the educational cost measures,formulating differential tuition standard.
