我国教育知识动员中的利益相关者分析

         

摘要

The education knowledge mobilization is the application of the knowledge mobilization in the field of education,its core is to coordinate and integrate the differences existing between education research and education practice.Based on defining the concept of the education knowledge mobilization,the article brought in the stakeholder theory framework,analyzed the three categories of deterministic stakeholders,expecting stakeholders,potential stakeholders that related to all kinds of stakeholders of China’s education knowledge mobilization.The article thinks that we deal with the relationship between education mobilization and other different stakeholders,and arouse each enthusiasm by using different strategies for communication and coordination,management,which can provide more scientific safeguard for future development of our education knowledge mobilization.%教育知识动员即知识动员在教育领域的运用,其核心在于协调和融合教育研究和教育实践之间可能存在的差异。在对教育知识动员进行概念界定的基础上,引入利益相关者的理论框架,将我国教育知识动员中所涉及的各类利益相关者分成确定性利益相关者、预期性利益相关者、潜在性利益相关者三类,并分别进行了分析。处理好与不同利益相关者的关系,采用不同的策略进行沟通和协调、管理,调动各方的积极性,可以为我国教育知识动员的未来发展提供更科学的保障。
