基于CBE理论的市场营销专业创新培养模式研究

         

摘要

近几年高校毕业生就业难问题成为社会普遍关注的话题。一方面高校毕业生结构性失业给社会和家庭带来巨大压力和损失;另一方面高分低能、理论和实践脱节严重的高校毕业生也给急需人才的企业带来一定苦恼。基于学生就业难与企业实用性高素质人才短缺矛盾突出的现象,提出了CBE理论指导下的高校市场营销专业学生职业胜任力"12345"创新培养模式,并对创新培养模式的内涵、理论基础、具体内容和注意问题进行了详细的阐述。%In recent years the problem of employment of college graduates become topics of common concern, On the one hand, the structural unemployment of college graduates bring the pressures and losses to the social and family; on the other hand, the high scores and low abilities of the college graduates, the theory and practice of college graduates seriously disjointed also bring some distress to the companies that much-needed the talent. Based on the phenomenon of difficult employment of the student and the contradiction of high-quality talent shortage of companies, proposed a innovative training mode for the university students professional competence "12345" of marketing major under the guidance of CBE, and expounded the training mode and innovative content, the theoretical basis, the specific content and the issues that be concerned.
