病理学学科发展的哲学思考与启示

摘要

The vast advances in Pathology in the 20th century w ere reviewed from the viewpoint of the macro. By integrating with electron micro scopy, molecular immunology, computer and information technology, and molecular biology, it has developed a series of new branches just as Utrastructural Pathol ogy, Immunepathology, Molecular Pathology, Quantitative Pathology and Tele-Path ology. The outgrowth of Pathology is just the results of the application and tra nsplantation of the new technologies. It elucidated that the modern science and technology are the propeller for development of Pathology, and that dialectical unification of science and technology is the basic process for development of Pa thology. It will go into more thorough domains at genome and gene-map, molecula r-morphology and even atomic level.%从宏观角度回顾20世纪以来病理学学科的主要进展，揭示电镜技术、分子免疫学技术、计算机技术、分子生物学技术推动病理学发展，产生新的学科生长点，促进学科分支形成的发展规律，论证了技术方法是病理学发展的推进器，分化与整合的统一是现代病理学的发展趋势，科学与技术的统一构成学科发展的辩证过程。
