目的:分析安徽省寿县2005-2010年法定传染病的发病趋势,为制定传染病防控工作策略提供参考.方法:对寿县2005-2010年甲、乙、丙类传染病疫情报告资料进行统计分析.结果:寿县近6年乙、丙类传染病发病总数为17018例,无甲类传染病报告,乙类传染病17种,丙类传染病8种.年均报告发病率、死亡率、病死率分别为244.47/10万,0.33/10万,0.14.结论:报告的主要传染病病种为肺结核、病毒性肝炎、手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、其他感染性腹泻.重点加强辖区内常见高发传染病防控的同时,应密切关注新发传染病的发病趋势,将防控关口前移,加大宣传力度.%Objective: Analyzing the incidence trend of legal infectious diseases nearly six years in Shou county from 2005 to 2010, to provide reference for making infectious diseases prevention and control strategies. Methods: Making statistical analysis of A, B and C class infectious diseases from reported data in Shoucounty from 2005 to 2010. Results: Nearly 6 years in Shou county, the case number of B and C class infectious diseases is 17,018, no A infectious disease is reported, 17 species of B infectious diseases and 8 species of C infectious diseases are reported. Incidence rate, death rate and mortality rate of annual average reported is 24.447 per million, 0.033 per million and 0.14%. Conclusion: The major infectious diseases reported are tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, hand-foot-mouth disease, mumps and other infectious diarrhea. Focusing on strengthening the prevention and control of common and high incidence infectious disease in area, and paying close attention to the trends in new infectious diseases at the same time, moving forward the prevention and control and increasing the propaganda.
