卫生高职院校专业课教师职业倦怠与自我效能的关系研究

     

摘要

Objective:To explore the correlation between job burnout and self-efficacy of specialty teachers in health vocation colleges. Methods: A total of 452 professional courses teachers were assessed with Maslach Burnout Inventory-Education Survey and General Self-effica-cy Scale.Results: the professional burnout of teachers is at the medium level while the self-efficacy score is 2.671, lower than the scale norm obviously(P<0.01).Reduced personal accomplishment and self -efficacy differentiated in gender, moreover, the difference of emotional ex-haustion was very significant in teaching time and technical title.There were obvious negative correlation among the self-efficacy, emotional ex-haustion and reduced personal accomplishment of job burnout (P<0.01).Self-efficacy, teaching time and technical title could significantly predict job burnout.Conclusion:There are significant correlations between general self-efficacy and job burnout.It is essential to take effective measures to improve the self-efficacy and relieve job burnout of specialty teachers in health vocational colleges.%目的:探讨卫生高职院校专业课教师职业倦怠和自我效能感的关系。方法:采用教师职业倦怠量表和一般自我效能感量表,对452名卫生高职院校专业课教师进行问卷调查。结果:卫生高职院校专业课教师的职业倦怠处于中等水平,自我效能感得分为2.671,低于量表常模水平(P<0.01);不同性别教师在低个人成就感维度和自我效能感上存在显著性差异,不同教龄、职称的教师在情感衰竭上有统计学差异;自我效能感与职业倦怠的情感衰竭、低个人成就感呈显著负相关(P<0.01);自我效能感、教龄和职称可以预测教师的职业倦怠。结论:自我效能感与职业倦怠存在密切关系,应积极采取有效措施提高教师的自我效能感,缓解职业倦怠。
