健康社会决定因素视角下农村慢性病患者就医行为研究

摘要

The Characteristics of chronic diseases and dual economic structure in urban and rural areas make the health-seeking behaviors different between the urban and rural chronic patients. In this paper, based on the social determinants of health model, we summarized the influ⁃ential factors of rural chronic patients'health seeking behaviors, trying to understand the characteristics of their habitual actions and analyze the factors that promote or obstacle the rational health seeking behaviors and provide some references and consideration for future researches.%慢性病疾病特征以及我国城乡二元经济结构使得农村慢性病患者就医行为呈现出一定的特殊性。本文借鉴健康社会决定因素模型，总结农村慢性病患者就医行为的影响因素，了解其就医行为以及特点，分析农村患者形成合理就医行为的障碍与促进因素，为农村慢性病患者就医行为研究提供借鉴。
