北京市某医联体医务人员工作积极性现况分析

摘要

目的:了解北京市某医联体医务人员工作积极性的现况.方法:在文献分析的基础上采用问卷调查法,以北京市某医联体试点单位为研究对象,选取医生、护士及管理人员共270人进行问卷调查,应用SPSS17.0进行数据统计分析.结果:59.5%的医务人员对医联体了解程度一般;20.2%的医务人员表示"无所谓"、"不太赞成"或"完全不赞成"医联体建设;51.9%的执业或助理医师从来没有参加过医联体内的出诊、查房、会诊等工作.医院等级、岗位、职称、年龄等是医务人员积极性影响因素,且差别具有统计学意义.结论:某医联体医务人员工作积极性的现况较好,应进一步推进改革.%Objective:To know the current situation of enthusiasm of the medical staffs in a Medical Association.Methods:The study is con-ducted by giving questionnaires to 270 doctors, nurses and managers in the pilot Medical Association of Beijing, and the data were analyzed by the application of SPSS17.0.Results:The response rate was 97% and the effective rate was 89.6%.A total of 59.5% staff knew some general con-tents about the medical association.About 20.2% staff presented 'don't care','not very agree'or'never agree'about the construction of the policy.To-tally 51.9%practice or assistant doctors had never participated the medical visits within the association, ward rounds, consultation, etc.Hospital level, post, positional titles, and age had impact on the enthusiasm of the staffs and all the differences caused by these influencing factors proved statistic meaning.Conclusion: The current situation of the medical staffs'enthusiasm is well.We should continue to push forward the reform.
