Objective:To understand the medical burden and development trend of lung cancer patients in Xinjiang so as to provide decision-making basis for related reform.Methods:To estimate the average annual cost and growth rate of medical burden,diagnosis,treatment and other expenses of lung cancer patients in 2010-2015.T test and rank sum test were used to analyze the difference between different gender,nationality,whether surgery,different age and discharge.Time series model was used to forecast the development trend of average monthly medical burden of lung cancer in 2016-2017.Results:The burden of medical expenses of patients with lung cancer is relatively heavy,mainly in the diagnosis and medicine costs.There is statistical significance of different nationalities,different age,surgery and prognosis between the medical burden difference (P＜ 0.05).The analysis showed that the average annual growth rate was 0.22％ from 2010 to 2015.The total medical burden of patients with lung cancer showed a slow upward trend.The average monthly medical expenses were 19065-29093 yuan.Conclusion:The medical burdens of patients with lung cancer are heavy.Age gradually become the cause of lung cancer burden differences and the gender differences decreased.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the pathogenesis of lung cancer on the basis of actively promoting the grass-roots medical treatment system and the combination of medical and health care policy and the reform of the serious illness insurance.So that early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment can be ensured.%目的:了解新疆肺癌患者医疗负担及发展趋势,为相关改革提供决策依据.方法:测算2010-2015年肺癌患者的医疗负担、诊断费、治疗费和其他费用的人年均费用及增长速度;使用T检验和秩和检验分析不同性别、民族、年龄、是否手术、出院转归之间费用的差异性;使用时间序列模型预测2016-2017年肺癌医疗负担发展趋势平均月医疗费用.结果:肺癌患者医疗负担比较重,费用主要以诊断费和药费为主;不同民族、是否手术、不同年龄、出院转归之间的医疗负担差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).经分析预测,2010-2015年平均增长速度为0.22％,肺癌患者医疗总负担呈缓慢上升趋势,平均月医疗费用为19065-29093元.结论:肺癌患者医疗负担严重,年龄逐渐成为影响肺癌患者医疗负担差异的原因,而性别差异降低,因此在积极推动基层诊疗制度和医养结合政策、大病保险改革的基础上要进一步探索肺癌的发病机制,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗.
