临床实习生职业素养在师生间的认知调查

         

摘要

利用医学生职业素养量表对120名临床医学专业本科实习生及92名临床带教教师进行调查,以探究临床实习生职业素养在师生间的认知差异.总体来看,职业素养自我评价的得分均高于带教教师的评价,在师生间的差异具有统计学意义;在职业意识、职业知识、职业能力3个维度上,仅在职业意识、职业能力维度师生间的评价差异具有统计学意义.说明临床医学生对自我职业素养评价较高,但仍有一定的欠缺,在以后的医学教育中带教教师应加强对医学生职业意识及职业能力的培养.%To study the difference between faculties and interns on the cognitions of clinical interns' professionalism,120 undergraduates of clinical medicine and 92 clinical faculties were investigated with medical students' professionalism scale.Overall,the score of interns' self evaluation of professionalism was higher than the faculty's,both of which showed significant differences.While from the perspectives of professional awareness,professional knowledge and professional ability,only difference between professional awareness and professional ability had statistical significance.This implied that medical students' self evaluation of professionalism was high,which had a gap need to be narrowed.And in the future medical education,it is necessary to strengthen the training of clinical interns' professional awareness and professional ability.
