目的探究与分析CT 检查在鼻骨骨折与上颌骨额突骨折中的诊断价值及其对法医鉴定的意义。方法选取60例面部外伤患者作为研究对象，对其进行影像学检查并观察其骨折病变情况。结果该组患者中鼻骨骨折43例，占71.67%；鼻骨骨折合并上颌骨额突骨折11例。占25.58%；单纯上颌骨额突骨折17例，占28.33%。结论鼻骨骨折与上颌骨额突骨折作为面部外伤中较为常见的类型，CT 检查提供了客观、准确、有效的诊断，在法医临床学鉴定中具有重要意义。%to explore and analyze the diagnostic value and its significance for forensic identifica-tion of CT examination in nasal bone fracture and maxillary frontal process fracture. select 60 patients with facial trauma as the research object, with imaging examination and observation of the fracture lesions. 43 patients in this group with nasal bone fracture, accounting for 71.67%; 11 patients in this group with Nasal bone fracture and maxillary frontal process fracture, accounting for 25.58%; 17 patients in this group with pure maxillary frontal process fracture, accounting for 28.33%. nasal bone fracture and maxillary frontal process fracture are the more common types of facial trauma, and CT examination provides objective, accu-rate and effective diagnosis, and has important significance in forensic clinical identification.
