住院医师规范化培训与专业学位研究生培养并轨模式的探索实践

This paper analyzes the feasibility of the mode of integrating standardized training for residents with professional degree postgraduate education, and explores the establishment of education, learning and exami-nation mode which meets the requirements of both.%文章对专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨的可行性进行分析，探索建立同时符合二者要求的教育学习以及考核模式。
